Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and programs offered and provided by Free2B (hereinafter referred to as "Free2B").
The contract is concluded exclusively by telephone in a direct conversation with the customer.
By booking or using any services and offers from Free2B, the customer accepts these terms and conditions as binding.
2. Services
Free2B bietet Coaching-, Beratungs- und Umsetzungsdienstleistungen im Bereich digitales Marketing für Selbständige, kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (B2B) an.
Inhalt, Umfang und Ablauf richten sich nach der jeweils vereinbarten Dienstleistung, z. B. dem „Peak Performance Program“.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros, tax-free due to the company's headquarters being located in Dubai (UAE).
Payment is generally made in advance.
For higher-priced services and programs, the following payment schedule is possible by individual agreement:
60% deposit before the start of the service
40% final payment due no later than 30 days after commencement
The provision of the service is contingent upon timely receipt of payment.
4. Conclusion of contract
A binding contract is only concluded through a personal telephone conversation and subsequent written confirmation (e.g., via email or digital agreement).
Contact forms, website visits or non-binding inquiries do not yet constitute a contract.
5. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Ein Rücktritt oder eine Stornierung durch den Kunden ist nach Vertragsabschluss ausgeschlossen.
Mit der Buchung verzichtet der Kunde ausdrücklich auf ein Widerrufsrecht, auch im Fall digitaler Inhalte oder Dienstleistungen mit direkter Verfügbarkeit.
6. Obligations to cooperate
The customer is obligated to actively, fully, and promptly cooperate and to provide all necessary information. Failure to cooperate or personal negligence does not release the customer from the obligation to pay.
7. Liability
Free2B is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Specific economic success (e.g., increased sales, profit growth, acquisition of new customers) cannot be guaranteed.
8. Copyrights
All content, documents, and concepts provided as part of this collaboration are protected by copyright and remain the property of Free2B. Distribution, reproduction, or any other use is prohibited without written permission.
9. Data protection
Free2B is committed to treating all personal data confidentially.
The data is collected, processed and stored exclusively for the purpose of contract fulfillment.

10. Final Provisions
The laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) apply. The place of jurisdiction is Dubai, to the extent permitted by law.
